Case Study Sovereign

Co-created by Chemistry and Sovereign insurance, Healthy by Sovereign was New Zealand’s first loyalty programme to reward Kiwis for healthy behaviour.

Every time a member works out, tracks steps, does a fresh food grocery shop, or gets a health related check-up, they earn ‘health points’, which they can use for annual cash-backs against their premiums.

Bringing the programme to life

To demonstrate how the programme works, we created ‘Sliding Doors’, a film which shows a woman’s day from two perspectives, depending on the choices she makes.

Turbocharging the launch with PR

To amplify the launch using PR, we invited Kiwis to answer a difficult question: ‘How old are you really’? Then we teamed up with a visual effects artist to unveil the health age of three people from different walks of life in an unexpected way.

 

Incredibly healthy results

Healthy by Sovereign achieved 70% of the annual policyholder enrollment target in just 4 months, increasing policy sales by  53% and quote requests by 45%.
